About Us

FARMAVET is the Veterinary Pharmacology Laboratory of the Faculty of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (FAVET) at the University of Chile. For over three decades, we have provided specialized analytical services, scientific research, and advanced human capital training to ensure food safety of animal origin products in Chile and the region.

We are the only laboratory in Latin America designated as a WOAH Collaborating Center for Antimicrobial Management in Aquaculture, and we maintain continuous ISO 17025 accreditation for over 20 years, a guarantee of quality and reliability of our results.
